Service Description
I offer guidance and accountability on your individual health & wellness journey. Together we create a health & wellness vision that includes the various aspects of true health, such as nutrition, mindset, movement, relationships and connections, and personal development. I then guide you in implementing these into your life so your vision can become a reality. If you are working with a health or nutrition plan given to you by your medical practitioner and need help with incorporating it into your life, this service is also for you! For this service, I offer a variety of packages: 4 session, 3 months, or 6 months. Together we determine how frequently we meet (weekly, biweekly etc) based on your goals and needs. Prices vary per package.
Cancellation Policy
Please cancel or re-schedule at least 12 hours before your scheduled time. Discovery Calls do not incur a cancellation fee. All other bookings will incur a $25 cancellation fee if not cancelled within the 12 hour window.
